1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using any software application, mobile app (including Android and iOS builds), or web simulator provided by Andola Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("User" or "Licensee") agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement and Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use our applications.

2. Grant of Commercial License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable licensing fees (or adherence to free trial / basic tier limitations), Andola Labs grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to download, install, and execute the Application on devices owned or controlled by you solely for personal, educational, musical practice, recording, or live performance use.

3. License Restrictions

You expressly agree that you will NOT, under any circumstances:

• No Decompilation or Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, extract source code, or attempt to derive the underlying DSP algorithms, timing routines, or architectures of the Application.
• No Redistribution or Reselling: Sublicense, rent, lease, sell, export, distribute, or commercially exploit the Application or any part thereof (including standalone APK or binary distribution).
• No Circumvention: Bypass, disable, modify, or tamper with any digital rights management (DRM), license verification keys, in-app paywalls, or feature locks.
• No Derivative Works: Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative software based upon Andola Labs products.

4. In-App Purchases, Billing & Subscriptions

Andola Labs offers digital upgrades, premium tiers, and standalone application purchases across app stores (including Google Play Store):

• Payment Processing: All in-app purchases (IAP), lifetime unlocks, and auto-renewing subscriptions are processed directly through the official app store (e.g., Google Play In-App Billing). We do not collect or store your payment card numbers.
• Free Trials: If a free trial (e.g., 7-Day Pro Trial) is offered, you will have unrestricted access to premium features for the duration of the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, billing will automatically occur via your app store account.
• Lifetime Pro Unlocks: A one-time purchase grants permanent, non-recurring access to unlocked features for the lifetime of that application on supported operating system versions.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your Google Play Account settings. Refund requests are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Google Play Store policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All title, ownership rights, trademarks, brand assets, user interface designs, visualizer layouts, DSP sound synthesis modules, algorithms, and source code are the sole exclusive intellectual property of Nikhil Andola / Andola Labs. All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved worldwide.

6. Auditory Safety & Audio Disclaimer

Andola Labs applications generate high-precision audio transients, clicks, and synthesis pulses. You are solely responsible for setting safe volume levels on your speakers, amplifiers, and headphones. Andola Labs is not liable for hearing discomfort or damage resulting from excessive volume levels.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Andola Labs and Nikhil Andola shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.
