Andolalabs MetroNome ("the Application") is committed to safeguarding the privacy and data security of musicians, performers, students, and users worldwide. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, handle, store, and protect your information when using our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Credentials: When you choose to authenticate using Google Sign-In or Email/Password, we store your profile email, display name, and unique user identifier (UID) via Firebase Authentication.
• Audio & Practice Settings: Your metronome settings (BPM, sound pack preferences, time signatures, and speed trainer routines) are stored locally on your device or in your personal cloud sync partition.
• Guest / Offline Mode: If you use the application in Guest Mode, no personal account information is collected or transmitted outside of your device.

3. In-App Purchases & Financial Data

All digital purchases (such as the Full Unlock Lifetime plan) are processed securely through the Google Play Billing system. Andolalabs does not collect, access, or store your credit card numbers, bank account information, or billing payment methods.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity across your devices.
• To synchronize song setlists, presets, and customized practice routines.
• To verify active subscription tiers (Guest, 7-Day Trial, Full Unlock).
• To provide ultra low-latency audio timing and zero-drift metronome DSP.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information. We only utilize trusted cloud infrastructure providers (such as Google Firebase) strictly to deliver authentication, database synchronization, and crash prevention services.

6. Account & Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance)

You have full ownership of your data. You may delete your account and associated cloud data at any time:

• In-App: Navigate to Settings > Profile > Delete Account & Data.
• Web Request: Contact us at support@andolalabs.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Upon deletion, all user profile records and synced setlists are permanently purged from our servers.

7. Children's Privacy

Our application is suitable for general audiences and music learners of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent.
